Grid Reference

 It is usually difficult to locate places on a map unless you have a strategy.  Each map has a grid of squares that assist in the location of each feature.  Places can be located using 4 and 6 figure grid reference.  The video below provides a detailed explanation of grid reference. How Are you Smart? Yes, You Read That Right!

As a parent of two amazing academically and socially smart children, parents ask me all the time, “How do you do it” “What do you do to make your children so smart?" . I know this is out of a desire to gain knowledge but sometimes, parents even go as far as openly comparing their children with mine. And yes, their children are listening.  That does 2 things : It shatters your child’s self esteem and  It makes them resent children who portray what you bash them for not having.  I am here to tell you that every single child is smart. Yes, I imagine some people turning their faces and saying… "You can say that because your children get 90's their whole life” but that really is not the case and it is certainly not the reason. The question is not How smart your child is , but How is your child smart? As an educator people take their children to Natken Educational Services to assess why their child is not doing well in school. Yes, we have creative ways to help and we always do
